Terms and Conditions
These terms describe how drivers, carriers, agencies, recruiters, and internal users may use Queue.
Platform purpose
Queue is a verified CDL driver network. It is not an employer, staffing agency, job board, legal advisor, insurance provider, or final hiring decision-maker.
Driver responsibilities
Drivers are responsible for keeping profile, CDL, work history, availability, contact, and consent information accurate. Drivers may approve or decline carrier engagement requests.
Carrier responsibilities
Carriers and recruiters must use Queue only for legitimate hiring-related purposes. They may not scrape, export, resell, download, or bulk remove driver information from the platform.
Compliance records
Compliance information may be ordered, refreshed, reused, or displayed only when legally allowed and tied to appropriate consent and permissible purpose. Queue does not replace your own legal or compliance review.
Billing
Paid carrier access may include subscription fees, driver-profile credits, compliance wallet balances, or other usage-based charges. Failed payments may restrict access until resolved.
Acceptable use
Users may not attempt unauthorized access, misuse another organization's data, interfere with service availability, upload malicious files, or use Queue to make unlawful employment decisions.
