Privacy Policy

Queue is built around consent, compliance, and controlled access. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we keep driver information inside the platform.

Information we collect

We collect account details, contact information, CDL profile data, work history, availability, uploaded driver documents, consent records, compliance records, carrier organization information, billing records, applicant source data, audit logs, and support messages.

How we use information

We use information to create driver profiles, manage consent, support compliance workflows, help carriers search the verified network, process payments, send notifications, prevent misuse, maintain audit logs, and improve the product.

Driver documents

CDL photos and CV/resume files are stored as internal Queue records. Carrier users do not receive downloadable document links. If future document viewing is added, it should be role-gated, audited, and designed to prevent bulk extraction.

Compliance and consent

Compliance checks may require driver authorization and a permissible purpose. Queue stores consent history, disclosure references, report status, provider IDs, and audit records so compliance activity can be traced.

External applicant sources

Queue may receive applicant data from external boards, campaigns, referrals, middleware tools, or internal imports. We use this data to deduplicate leads, invite drivers into onboarding, and measure source quality.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies support sign-in and security. Optional analytics cookies are used only after consent to help understand site usage and performance.

Your choices

Drivers can update profile information, manage notification preferences, decline carrier engagement requests, and contact Queue about access, correction, or deletion requests where applicable.
